Are you taking new clients?

Yes, selectively. We cap new onboards each quarter to protect service levels for existing clients.

Do you work outside California?

Yes, most of our clients are out of state. We're set up for remote work nationwide.

What does an engagement cost?

Fixed-fee annual engagements based on estimated time, with a range shared after the intro call. Consulting and out of scope items at an agreed upon hourly rate.

How do you use AI?

Internally for reconciliation, research, and draft-review. Every output is verified and signed by a CPA. Your data is handled per standard CPA confidentiality obligations.
